Ordering & Shipping:
Our team processes orders quickly and strives to accommodate any changes you may need. To request a change, please email info@mytrendytribe.com with ‘CHANGE ORDER’ in the subject line. While we cannot guarantee adjustments before shipment, we will make every effort to assist you promptly.
Order Confirmation:
Following your order placement, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Once your order is processed and shipped, another email will be sent containing your shipping confirmation and tracking number. Please remember to check your spam folder. If you do not receive these emails, kindly contact us at info@mytrendytribe.com, and we'll gladly assist you further.
Shipping & Return:
We’re excited for you to receive your Trend Tribe purchases! Enjoy free ground shipping on orders over $100 before taxes. Some items and destinations might have extra charges. If you need your items sooner, other shipping options are available for an additional fee.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase! If you're not satisfied, you have 30 days to return or exchange most items in new, unused condition with their original packaging. Please note that products that have been altered, damaged, or used, as well as "final sale" items, cannot be returned. Returns are only accepted for orders made on myTrendyTribe.com.
To initiate a return, please email info@mytrendytribe.com with your order number enclosed.
Return and Exchange Processing Time:
We strive to provide excellent customer service by processing returns and exchanges promptly. Upon receiving your return, we will refund the product price to your original payment method. You will receive a return confirmation email within 10 days of us receiving your return, and the refund will be processed within an additional 5-10 days.
Please ensure the original item is returned within 30 days of submitting your exchange request to avoid a charge for the original item. By submitting an online exchange, you authorize Trendy Tribe to credit the original form of payment for the returned item and charge the original form of payment for the new item upon shipment.

To add items to an order that has already been placed:
To add more items to your recent order, please place a separate online order for the additional items. Use the "Order Comments" box at checkout to request combining them with your original order. We'll refund any extra shipping charges once we process everything.
Payment Options:
We accept major Credit Cards, PayPal, and installment options like AfterPay and Shop Pay. You can choose your preferred payment method in the Payment section during Checkout. All transactions on our store are secure, encrypted, and safe.
For your security, we do not store your payment information, and we cannot access your payment details. If you need to add items to an existing order, please avoid requesting changes via email since we cannot access your original payment information to process additional charges. Instead, please place a separate online order for the additional items. We will automatically detect multiple orders shipping to the same address and combine them into a single shipment for your convenience.
